Took day off from work for appointment to repair washer and no one showed. Two hours after appointment time I contacted them and was told by virtual assistant that I would have to reschedule. I declined and would not recommend them. Wasted a day.

The experience with Sears repair service was terrible. I will never use them again. They only use AI to communicate. It is impossible to talk to a human. No show appointments and very high prices. The repair man ( Eric )was very nice.

Zero stars...I provided specific problem and also provided model number and serial number to enable tech to come out prepared to fix my washer! Did not have part nor did he communicate that he would probably not have part to fix on 1st trip. I scheduled Sears over Jack's appliance because I was led to believe they could fix today but they could not. Plus I mentioned that Jack's tech said he could come out Monday and fix for $280 and tech said over phone it was the pump. I felt mislead and taken advantage of!!

Scheduled, waited all day only to get a call late afternoon that they would need to reschedule the next day. Same experience the next day. Awful service!
