Kurt was very communicative and helpful when he came to look at our oven. He was great. It’s frustrating to see how overpriced the company is. Almost $700 to replace a part that can take less than 30 minutes. I get it, you have to pay your people, but $320 labor and $325 for a part that doesn’t cost that much($197) from the manufacturer… no thank you.

Frustrating system for booking, communicating, and followup. No human contact. AI assistant, with which I left a detailed message with a question, was never responded to. On top of that, I was charged $580 to diagnose and fix a water leak. Time at my house was 1 hour for diagnosis and less than an hour to fix. Lito who made the repair was great! First guys, not so much! Your non-human communication system and inability to call and speak to a real person sucked!

Frustrating not being able to talk with a real person- all virtual assistance. Charged a ridiculous amount for labor. The part they ordered was wrong. Rescheduled but no technician so had to reschedule AGAIN. Two week ordeal. Will not use in the future.

Worst place ever avoid this place. Needed an evaporator fan replaced on my refrigerator. Quoted me $912. Paid $139 for worthless information from the tech. Turns out it was just froze up once it defrosted the refrigerator works fine. Do not use them If I could have gave them a negative 5 I would have.
