Kurt was very communicative and helpful when he came to look at our oven. He was great. It’s frustrating to see how overpriced the company is. Almost $700 to replace a part that can take less than 30 minutes. I get it, you have to pay your people, but $320 labor and $325 for a part that doesn’t cost that much($197) from the manufacturer… no thank you.

The service tech was on time and did look at the air conditioner however I was working across the street and he never spoke to me just to my son and daughter-in-law the problem did not get fixed he topped off the refrigerant in it but told me there was a slow leak so he didn't fix it I looked at the bill and that they are going to be paid for and I believe it was $795 I don't think that that's appropriate considering that he just filled it up and left so it is still leaking and I will probably end up having trouble with it through the summer and it's been extremely hot already it should have been fixed not just a Band-Aid put on it not happy and the only way that I talked to him was when I called him after he has left and he said didn't she tell you what I did I don't think it was very professional it still needs repaired

Frustrating system for booking, communicating, and followup. No human contact. AI assistant, with which I left a detailed message with a question, was never responded to. On top of that, I was charged $580 to diagnose and fix a water leak. Time at my house was 1 hour for diagnosis and less than an hour to fix. Lito who made the repair was great! First guys, not so much! Your non-human communication system and inability to call and speak to a real person sucked!

Ran it says it ran fine even with the bad bearing sound and left in under 10min. Verified with warranty company not the process. Warranty company handling future interactions.

Multiple reschedules for our oven repair over multiple days. Tech finally showed up on 3rd day and we told him it takes approx 40 to 50 minutes for the oven to error out. He wouldn't wait. It literally errored out 15 minutes after he left. Plus, Sears uses AI agents and no live humans so that was a frustrating situation as well - you cannot speak to anyone.

Technician Elbert was condescending and charged me nearly $150 for a new thermostat to fix my A/C unit that did not even address the problem. Forced to use them through my home warranty policy. Would not recommend.

Frustrating not being able to talk with a real person- all virtual assistance. Charged a ridiculous amount for labor. The part they ordered was wrong. Rescheduled but no technician so had to reschedule AGAIN. Two week ordeal. Will not use in the future.

Worst place ever avoid this place. Needed an evaporator fan replaced on my refrigerator. Quoted me $912. Paid $139 for worthless information from the tech. Turns out it was just froze up once it defrosted the refrigerator works fine. Do not use them If I could have gave them a negative 5 I would have.
