He was a complete professional. Although he did not need to dismantle the machine he was able to tell me what caused the issue. For any future issues I would want him to return for the fix.

This man knew exactly what was wrong with the dryer and was very methodical on troubleshooting. He took the time and explained every step of the way to me and explained all the troubleshooting reasons of why it may or may not fail and whatever part was in line that could possibly have caused it to fail. When he was finished completing the task, he cleaned up his area and made sure all panels were on secure and no dirt or parts were left behind. If I ever have issues again with my systems and Sears is the organization to send out a tech, I do wish that it would be John.
