Josh was very professional and courteous he did a good job on putting the junk parts you sent you sent used parts that were filthy dirty they may last a week they may last a month or so we can only guess but you sent junk parts I'm not a bit happy with the parts hey Josh did good work and he was very professional on his end was good. on your end of the junk parts you ordered is very sad.

Kurtis was polite and knowledgeable. Kurtis gave me an estimate for the repair and of course suggested a new washer in its place; as a new washer would've been less than the labor and new parts needed. Appreciate Kurtis honesty. Five star service.
