Kenmore Elite Washer
John came out due to my washer would not start, because the door would not lock. Guess it didn't want to be fixed because it worked, when he started it. I told him It only does it intermitted. John let me know that it couldn't be fixed until it happens more frequently or stopped. Lucky for me I did take a video and was able to show him what it does when it does shut down. Thank you so much John for your patient and explaining thing to me. Great customer service. Kudos!

Lito extremely professional. He was the original technician and the follow up technician. Once the power board was received from Thor Lito return to replace. We hope the new Power Board corrects the icing over issue.
