I need my washer repaired but work 2nd and the only time they have available is 8am to 5pm( outrageous time frame) mon-fri no weekends. They need to have different time frames like 8-10 or something

In and out in a jiffy, but he knew exactly what he was doing and accomplished the task with no difficulty. He stayed long enough to run a small load through my washer to make sure things were working correctly

This was the 4th time we've had to have someone come for the same repairs on our refrigerator/freezer and it is always a different person. Ethan assured us it was fixed on Wednesday but the ice maker never restarted and the next day the freezer quit entirely and the refrigerator temperature is fluctuating. So, we had to rush out and buy a new refrigerator because it takes so long to get a repair person to come and you can't speak with anyone in person. So, I wouldn't recommend Sears Appliance repair.

This is an update!!!! The worst company I have ever had to deal with. I had 4 different appointments and they showed up for only 2 and never fixed anything. The only thing you can talk to is "AI" what a way to run a company.
