When your tech is given only limited information, he can't be expected to fully do his job. Get rid of your A-I operators.

Our tech was friendly and worked hard, however, the mess that was left was disappointing. There was grease on the walls, water laying on the floor, grease inside the drum, sediment inside the drum. I ran the machine after the time he told me to wait and water came out from under the washer.
