Stephen and his wingman, Harold, did a great job getting our washer gasket swapped out. We're very glad they were able to effect the repair, test the washer, and get things back the way they're supposed to be!

The service repair was excellent. Repairmen knew exactly what to do after his analysis inspection. Work went smoothly, cleaned up work area and result was a refrigerator as good as new working like new. Repair require a compressor replacement.

Our tech Rennie did a great job. However, the overall process was not handled well. Difficult to communicate needed parts and updates through the application. When Rennie came back second time the problem was fixed due to his trouble shooting during his first visit. Unfortunately, due to no fault of his own, he spent almost an hour filling out paperwork on his phone, that could have been completed after the job by someone else (not a tech). Instead it wasted an hour of time Rennie could have used assisting another customer. The five stars are for Rennie. I give your overall repair process one star.
