This tech, I think his name was Sean, is very professional. He has been out twice and twice I thought he was here to install since I had install appointments. Both times I was very disappointed and expressed the disappointment. Yet he still was very helpful, he stayed and made phone calls to get everything figured out as to why they keep sending him for repairs yet I'm waiting on install. It isn't his fault but of course he gets the disappointed customers when the scheduling department messes up. He is very professional and very nice, thank you! Next visit should definitely be install appointments
