Service technician was great! However, your customer service people sucks…. I put in a claim for my smoke detectors and I’m still waiting on them to be repaired. This causes one to want to cancel their agreement with Sears

Will took wonderful care of my furnace. He made sure I understood what to expect and explained all that he did. At the end of the day my furnace was operational and they even offered to clean up the minimal dust that resulted from the repairs.
