Kurt was excellent. He diagnosed issue fast and explained everything to me. I declined service due to the price which was close to the purchase price of the washer. Still cost me the diag fee of $129.

Wasn't necessarily the repairman's fault, but I wanted the appliance repaired. I set the appointment, I was the contact, but he accepted a decline of repair at the home. No one consulted me. I tried to reach a person, but there's no way past the AI interface as the options are too limited to be helpful--no access to a person so the trip fee which could have been applied to the repair is wasted.

Rep was very polite. Would like appearance to be a little bit more professional. Tie up shoe strings, wear shoe covers and belt with pants. Didn’t plug washer back into receptacle. Therefore, did not test Appliance to see if it worked🤔

Service Tech was prompt and very courteous-friendly. Fridge apparently was not repairable. Had water leak and no ice production. Tech had difficulty moving the fridge to access the back. In the process, now the handle for opening the freezer section is loose/wobbling. He attempted to repair the handle..but it remains loose/wobbling. Now I am trying to fix the handle... with no success. That handle was not loose/wobbling before he struggled with moving the unit. I just tried sending you a video showing how much the handle is messed up now. I of course understand and accept service call/diagnosis charge. Appreciated his technical advice. Just disappointed that now the outside handle on the freezer side is defective.

The technician was good,he did the job, my overall experience was terrible, this is my 5th appointment since receiving the part for repair, cancelation after cancelation, while making me sit at home waiting all day was unexceptable while everything they could only give a window of 8 to 5, three of those no call no show

This was the second appointment for a free inspection of my a/c. The first was on May 7. After waiting for the serviceman for 8 hrs, no one showed up and no one called to explain. I needed to re-schedule the appt to May 15. After waiting all day a second time (given the 8a-5p window) the service man arrived at 4, turned the unit on, made sure it worked, checked the refrigerant level, and left after at 4:15. My complaint is that this ‘freebie’ kept me homebound for 15 hours waiting on two service calls and, according to a Sears follow-up email, the service call was listed at $259. I dread any service call that isn’t a ‘freebie.’

We had a microwave that stopped working. They sent someone out to see if it could be fixed or needed replaced. Prior to this a representative on the phone offered us a warranty package that was suppose to cover the cost of a new one by making monthly payments. Not true! The technician told us that they give false information all the time and the warranty was worthless. He never diagnosed the problem and just said it was too expensive to fix. We cancelled the warranty and won’t be calling again.

Technician was knowledgeable and knew what the problem was and fixed it. However he did clean up but it wasn't very good and left dirt and water on my floor. This is not about the technician but I was extremely disappointed in the cost of my repair considering especially that he used no parts. I don't think I will ever call you again. Also, he never told me how much it was going to cost before he did the service. I didn't want to go over $250 including the $119 for the visit, and it ended up being the price I paid for the refrigerator in the first place! I've read all of your reviews and it looks like a lot of people are dissatisfied with your service, your company, and if you had sent me one more email I was going to call your office. You sent me over 11 emails about this appointment. You wanted to make sure I was going to be here for the appointment so you wouldn't miss your money but you didn't care about the money I had to pay for the service which I was not told in advance. What are you going to do about it? Nothing I suppose, I will get an apology just like everybody else, just like every other company, you only care about your money and not mine. When I asked the technician what cost so much, (because he used no parts) he stated that Sears prices are very high! Wow what an employee, saying that about your own company to a customer. Not professional.
