Someone was supposed to come out to our house to fix our dryer on Thursday but then they cancelled and rescheduled to Friday. No one came to our house on Friday. We rescheduled the appointment to Saturday and no one came to our house still. WE HAD TO RESCHEDULE AGAIN!!!! The parts for the dryer were mailed to us so the person could fix it but no one shows up. We have had to go to a laundromat to dry our clothes. This is ridiculous and poor service!!!! I want to speak to customer service regarding how upset we are by this. Update 5/20/26: we had an appointment today and then they said that they will be out to our home around 7-8pm(due to having 3 stops ahead of us-lies). NO ONE HAS SHOWN UP!!!! We have tried to talk to customer service and all it is an automated person. WE CAN’T TALK TO A REAL PERSON!!!! No one should use Sears Home Services. They are no good and their workers don’t do their job and show up. We are planning on finding someone else to get the job done. By the way, the number that they give you call when they reply to a negative review is automated. It does not take you to a live person. So don’t call it at all!!!! Update #2 5/30/26: A technician finally came to our home on 5/26/26 to fix our dryer. They claimed that it was working good. We tried our dryer out today…IT IS NOT FIXED!!!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!! We have basically been without a dryer for a month now and have to keep going to the laundromat to dry our clothes. Sears is most incompetent service ever!!!!

Awful 😖 washer has been down since February.

My experience here tucked. I scheduled an appointment for today between 8am-12n. My update today said the tech would arrive by 11:27 and I would receive updates for any changes. Never came. No updates. Can't talk with a human to see what's going on. I lost a day of work for nothing! Terrible experience! I used to love Sears. Not any more.

Shows up to the house after waiting a week with no heat to have it fixed and states he doesn’t work on Geo. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Danny was polite enough but not knowledgeable about repair, he got his phone out to see how to change the lid switch broke the old one, it didn't fix the problem. Cost me over $500.00 can't get ahold of a person to talk to only AI not happy at all and will never again do business with Sears Appliance Repair again.

After the appointment, the unit has visible damage, including a misaligned lid, bent edge, missing fastener, and cabinet separation. In addition, the washer now fills with water but will not advance to rinse or spin, leaving a tub full of water. The technician stated the job required two people but completed it alone. Now they've 'closed' out my complaint and have made it difficult for me to get in contact with them, so I hope that they are reading this review. A complaint was filed with my Home Insurance company as well.

Terrible customer service!! There is no one to contact. It’s all chat bots and automated phone system. If you have any questions or there is an issue you have no way to get ahold of a human. Never again. I am only using local companies for now on. Out $129 diagnostics fee!

The AI assistant concept is useless, my original repair date got canceled after I waited for six hours. I tried to call and speak to someone only to be able to use Ai assistant with prompts that did not allow me to address my issue. Finally on the day the dryer was fixed tge serviceman did a great job but forget to plug the dryer back in
