Danny was polite enough but not knowledgeable about repair, he got his phone out to see how to change the lid switch broke the old one, it didn't fix the problem. Cost me over $500.00 can't get ahold of a person to talk to only AI not happy at all and will never again do business with Sears Appliance Repair again.

After the appointment, the unit has visible damage, including a misaligned lid, bent edge, missing fastener, and cabinet separation. In addition, the washer now fills with water but will not advance to rinse or spin, leaving a tub full of water. The technician stated the job required two people but completed it alone. Now they've 'closed' out my complaint and have made it difficult for me to get in contact with them, so I hope that they are reading this review. A complaint was filed with my Home Insurance company as well.

Terrible customer service!! There is no one to contact. It’s all chat bots and automated phone system. If you have any questions or there is an issue you have no way to get ahold of a human. Never again. I am only using local companies for now on. Out $129 diagnostics fee!

The AI assistant concept is useless, my original repair date got canceled after I waited for six hours. I tried to call and speak to someone only to be able to use Ai assistant with prompts that did not allow me to address my issue. Finally on the day the dryer was fixed tge serviceman did a great job but forget to plug the dryer back in

I needed a follow up to schedule the actual repair. This could be handled very easily if you could talk to someone. But this a a BOT only company, with no recourse. I will not return to this company.

SKIP the hasstle. Automated AI only service. Sceduled. Recived texts & updated times. No show for time. Even got email with "now that repair is complete" ... discount on service plan. Will only reschedule. Phone # given for help is automated line.

These people are awful. No called no showed 4 times. Took my $100 service call fee and then kept scheduling bogus appointments. Never actually showed up to do the job. 10/10 do not recommend. I will be contacting the Ohio Attorney General for their lack of service.

They scheduled me for the 11th(veterans day. I am a veteran) and had me wait the entire day for my heater repair appointment, just to get an automated text that my appointment was rescheduled. So their version of business involves leaving veterans in the cold on veterans day. JUST SO YOU'RE ALL AWARE. And they have no live representatives, so you can't even call them. If I could leave a review lower than one star I would. Absolute middle finger to their entire consumer base by not having live reps. The AI doesn't do anything but schedule and handle payment. They really do not care about you or your family. Call somewhere else

My original appointment was canceled, so I had to reschedule. On the new appointment day, the worker showed up and immediately said he didn’t know why he was there. I explained the issue to him, and he checked the furnace. After that, he said he was going to step out to his van to call my insurance and ask if they wanted him to get the part and fix it. He was gone for about 15 minutes. When he came back, he told me that my insurance said not to fix it because another company supposedly had the part. I then called my insurance myself, and they told me something completely different — that he told them he couldn’t fix it because another company had done the work incorrectly. That makes no sense, because no other company has worked on it since it broke.

The technician was scheduled to arrive between 8-5. I go to the link that was provided to see where the technician was at 4:45 and there is a message stating the arrival time is now 6:45. This was not feasible for me because I accepted the 8-5 due to plans that I had, not to mention I had to take off work just to accommodate the 8-5. So I canceled the service call and requested my deductible to be refunded. This is through Cinch Home Services that used to be SystemsProtect! Just to have the technician show up at 5:45 in his personal vehicle with no type of tools whatsoever to do the repair job required. (Furnace) he said his work truck was in the shop and said the only identifications that he had was his Sears work shirt that he had on! I am sorry sir but the job was canceled, a hour ago and no one told you! This whole situation is not professional at all.
