The technician was very professional, cordial, prompt and he cared. He explained the problems with the furnace in a manner that I could understand, and efficiently placed the order for parts with the warranty company to expedite the needed repairs. However I would like to have a written copy of his report for my records for future reference. His attention to detail and workmanship is noted as someone I would request if possible in the future. I've had other technicians who just didn't seem to care. Warmest regards, Sherri C
