Allan was very knowledgeable , professional and thorough explaining what was going on with our washing machine. He answered my husband and my question and has been communicating with Sears warranty company about our complex situation with our washer and ongoing issues we had trying to get the washer repaired. We appreciate his efforts to help get our complex situation handled . We our waiting to hear back from the sears warranty company to get be able to get a check to buy a new washing machine soon .
