Service person was friendly and fast. However for the past five to ten years they do not do overall cleaning of the furnace like they would do in the past. It seems as though I am paying more money for less service. Over all time on checking the furnace was around 10-15 minutes if that long.

Our air conditioner needed a new fan motor. Motor was order and repaired in a timely manner. The only draw back was working with the AI messenger. I would have liked to talk to a real person.

My only concern is the appointment time. I was told someone would call in the morning to narrow the appointment time. I got a call around 10:00 with the message that the appointment would be between 11:30 and 1:00. The technician arrived a little before 2:00.So basically my entire day was spent waiting. There should be a better way of doing this. The technician was great and got the job done, it was just the waiting that was my concern.

Kurt was excellent. He diagnosed issue fast and explained everything to me. I declined service due to the price which was close to the purchase price of the washer. Still cost me the diag fee of $129.

Wasn't necessarily the repairman's fault, but I wanted the appliance repaired. I set the appointment, I was the contact, but he accepted a decline of repair at the home. No one consulted me. I tried to reach a person, but there's no way past the AI interface as the options are too limited to be helpful--no access to a person so the trip fee which could have been applied to the repair is wasted.

Rep was very polite. Would like appearance to be a little bit more professional. Tie up shoe strings, wear shoe covers and belt with pants. Didn’t plug washer back into receptacle. Therefore, did not test Appliance to see if it worked🤔
