Company is a joke sets up date to come out and set it up for after 3 and it's even in notes service teck can't read shows up at 1:47 and says they have to reschedule huge joke and or the can't speak English

UPDATE: wasted another hour of my time forwarding information as directed by the response to this post to be told there is nothing they can do so don’t believe the responders comment about this isn’t the service they provide it was further enforced by the person who called me saying it is standard for them to have this “no liability” business model and the fee is non-refundable. Worst experience, do not recommend. We were going to pay the outrageous fees to fix our Kenmore refrigerator but technician required us to sign a waiver that released him from responsibility if he broke anything in the process of fixing it after he explained he would need to YouTube how to do it! Cost us $138.68 and technician didn’t even touch the fridge. Hopefully nobody else wastes their money with these scammers.

Where do they get these people. 5 appointments 3 no shows....my appt yesterday the guy sat in his van behind my house for 40 minutes... sending me emails, that he forged my signature on then didnt even come in or talked to me. He backed up so I would see him drive away. This company is a joke!!! Breaking the law by signing my signature for service. Called my home warranty company, because shocker you cant physically talk to anyone. They called sears and they said I didny have an appt..... listen if they arw going to lie make sure I dont have emails and pictures of your working staring at my house. As well as technician location and appointment updates. This company is awful! Do not use them! Save yourself the trouble.

The service guy kept rescheduling us. We were rescheduled 4 times before they actually serviced us and we still don't believe the service was done. We tried to use our air the other day when it was hot and it did not cool down the house like it did before. I am VERY disappointed with the service this time. The first time they came a couple years ago it was good but this time was the worst service I've EVER received. It is causing me to cancel my warranty service from Cinch as well.

My technician did not show up at my home. We waited 3 hours past the alloted time they said they would arrive. I would not give any stars or recommendations to Sears. Terrible customer service and unreliable technicians. This review is forcing me to give a star to submit my review but respectfully they do not deserve any recognition or mention. Absolute Terrible experience with Sears Appliances every time they are dispatched to my home. I will never use them again.

Very dissatisfied!!!!! The technician did absolutely nothing - he did not remove one bolt, panel, etc. and quoted me over $1,000 to fix it and I asked him how he knew by not even removing anything and he said by his experience. I would like a phone call about this. Very disappointed.!!!!! He was here maybe 15 minutes tops! I am so angry right now!!!

We had our AC serviced with our home warranty. They sent out sears as our technicians. Starting on 8/28 we were told we have an appointment between 8am-5pm. 2 men were dispatched. From what I gathered one was overseeing the others work. They determined the blower motor was out. The part needed to be ordered and would take a week to get in. Said they would come back 9/9 with the blower. Halfway through the week we were asked if we wanted to bump out appoint up to 9/4. AWESOME… we bumped it up and took off work since the appointment is between 8a-5p. The guy comes in on the 4th says he’s here to look at my Ac and diagnose… then he stops him self and says “wait I’ve been here haven’t I?!” “Yes sir you have (it was one of the 2 from the first appointment) ….. I’m assuming you don’t have the part?” I replied. To which he said “I have no idea why I’m here I didn’t know I needed a part. I’ll have to reschedule.” Reschedule for the 9th. The same gentleman comes with the part and installs. (This is now my 3rd day off) he comes upstairs to let us know the blower has been installed but we can’t use it because the screws he used were too long and it was hitting the blower and would cause damage. Instead of going to one of 4 hardware stores within 5miles of my home to get a new screw and be done… guess what… RESCHEDULED. For a week later. This infuriates me. It’s fixed but… can’t use it. I called support. Was told they would bump me up and have him come back the next day…. 9/10(day for having to call off work) between 8a-5p. Around 3:30… we received a call that we were being RESCHEDULED to the original day 1 week out. So on my 5th day off work….9/14 he shows up…. Is ‘working on it for 1.5hrs’ (remember it’s just a long screw). He comes upstairs and says…”both of my saws died, I have to leave to go get screws.” Leaves for 1.5 hours. Comes back and spends another hour putting those screws in. Then packs up and leaves… without even kicking on the unit to see if it works. I wish I could say I’m making this up. I had to miss 5 days of work… without even kicking no pay. Most of it just sitting and waiting all day for nothing. I tried to contact his boss but got nowhere. It’s mind boggling that a company is ok with this. The ‘long screws’ are pictured below.

Don't bother. They don't keep their appointments and the prices are ridiculous. They are more interested in selling you an overpriced warranty package than in providing actual service. This is the second time they have ghosted me for scheduled services. Never again. Also, the phone numbers for customer service are all AI-you cannot speak to a human.
