Technician was not able to accomlish the jod. Set in the van for 95 % of the time. Left without letting me know what the status of the effort was. Very Poor service

We had our AC serviced with our home warranty. They sent out sears as our technicians. Starting on 8/28 we were told we have an appointment between 8am-5pm. 2 men were dispatched. From what I gathered one was overseeing the others work. They determined the blower motor was out. The part needed to be ordered and would take a week to get in. Said they would come back 9/9 with the blower. Halfway through the week we were asked if we wanted to bump out appoint up to 9/4. AWESOME… we bumped it up and took off work since the appointment is between 8a-5p. The guy comes in on the 4th says he’s here to look at my Ac and diagnose… then he stops him self and says “wait I’ve been here haven’t I?!” “Yes sir you have (it was one of the 2 from the first appointment) ….. I’m assuming you don’t have the part?” I replied. To which he said “I have no idea why I’m here I didn’t know I needed a part. I’ll have to reschedule.” Reschedule for the 9th. The same gentleman comes with the part and installs. (This is now my 3rd day off) he comes upstairs to let us know the blower has been installed but we can’t use it because the screws he used were too long and it was hitting the blower and would cause damage. Instead of going to one of 4 hardware stores within 5miles of my home to get a new screw and be done… guess what… RESCHEDULED. For a week later. This infuriates me. It’s fixed but… can’t use it. I called support. Was told they would bump me up and have him come back the next day…. 9/10(day for having to call off work) between 8a-5p. Around 3:30… we received a call that we were being RESCHEDULED to the original day 1 week out. So on my 5th day off work….9/14 he shows up…. Is ‘working on it for 1.5hrs’ (remember it’s just a long screw). He comes upstairs and says…”both of my saws died, I have to leave to go get screws.” Leaves for 1.5 hours. Comes back and spends another hour putting those screws in. Then packs up and leaves… without even kicking on the unit to see if it works. I wish I could say I’m making this up. I had to miss 5 days of work… without even kicking no pay. Most of it just sitting and waiting all day for nothing. I tried to contact his boss but got nowhere. It’s mind boggling that a company is ok with this. The ‘long screws’ are pictured below.

Don't bother. They don't keep their appointments and the prices are ridiculous. They are more interested in selling you an overpriced warranty package than in providing actual service. This is the second time they have ghosted me for scheduled services. Never again. Also, the phone numbers for customer service are all AI-you cannot speak to a human.

We had a technician show for our first appt. He ordered the parts we needed for our stove and also sold my husband a warranty protection that he pays for monthly. The first appt was in May and the parts arrived shortly after that. We have had 4 appts that were no shows (today being the 4th). We have received texts to confirm the appt and texts throughout the day. We then receive a message that the appt needs to be rescheduled because nobody was home. We are right here in our home everytime we receive that text. I definitely do not recommend using this company.

Didn't have a marked vehicle or name tag like I was told. Started working on the dryer without unplugging it and had sparks flying and my electricity flickering. Gave me a very overpriced estimate and when I asked what was wrong he would just give me a basic " it's wiring " answer. Told me numerous times how far he had to drive like it was a big deal. Then when I refused the repair he told me he would give me options and buy it from me for $50. Ended up figuring it out myself and got the part for $30 and fixed it. I would've been fine paying the $130 estimate if he would've at least told me the problem. I will not use this service again

The tech arrived 45 minutes after the texted expected arrival time. After a preliminary/cursory look over my issue, he told me my issue was likely that the circulation was blocked by dirt that was built up around the condenser coils. He cleaned that out. Then said it should be fine. He took the temperature of the two compartments and said things were still cold. I paid him and that was that. Five hours later, everything in my freezer was either melted or defrosted and my fridge was obviously no longer cold! Of course at 7 PM no one is available to help me so I scrambled to save my food from spoiling. I’m VERY angry and disappointed! I paid for nothing!

It wasn't even at the Fairfield Mall as depicted on the website. I have no idea where it is in Dayton, Ohio. Aside from that, I have a 5 year old Craftsman Power Washer only been used 3 times that I need a pump for. Can't find that either. The AI says the partnumber isn't identified. So, how do people get parts for Craftsman equipment?

If I could give zero Stars I would! First appointment no showed me. Second appointment drove past my house while I was in my driveway and took a picture of a neighbor two houses down left sent me a text message saying nobody was home! Never ever use this company for any home appliance repairs they are complete and total garbage!

Revised 7-18-25. We had another company come out to fix my refrigerator. They complete the work and there wasn't a fee because it was covered under warranty. Sears on the other hand tried to charge me $1116.65 for the same thing. Sears technician was over 2 hours late for our 1:33pm estimated appointment. I took off work and waited around all day. Never called. Not impressed with the technician. 1st thing he said was "not an LG". He had to use my stuff because he forgot his. All he wanted to do was sell me an extended service contract. Kept telling me how bad my appliances were. Waisted my whole day for nothing. $138.03 mistake. I tried to respond to your website address and phone number provided by the "response from the Owner". I couldn't get ahold of anyone.
