Don't waste your time. We have waited over a month for the follow up service when our dishwasher's issue was diagnosed - in that time, two appointments were set where NO ONE CALLED OR SHOWED UP, the call center [in se asia] is attempting to re-schedule a follow-up for their first available, one month from now...

Do not recommend. Diagnosed and parts ordered. Appointment was scheduled for repair last Thursday, woke up to an email saying it was rescheduled for today. Here it is almost 8:30 at night, nobody has shown, no call or anything. You have to pay up front for the repair for them to not even show up. What a rip off!!!!

I have scheduled my repair 3 times in 22 days and the repairman has failed to show up .When they diagnosed the issue I had to pay for the service call and part ! I want my $554.back and I will not do business with your company...ever !@

If I could give negative stars I would. Working with Sears through our warranty company has been a nightmare. Our freezer to our French door refrigerator went out and after 3 technicians coming to our home now our refrigerator (top part) doesn't work. They keep ordering the wrong parts, or not enough parts to complete the job. At 2:41 our refrigerator worked at 2:42 once the technician so called fixed it, it's completely broken. On top of that, the technician said what part he needed and instead of ordering the part he closed the claim, and left our home without even saying bye (that last part wasn't a necessity but it is unprofessional), he was unfriendly to begin with. Now we have to start the process all over. I had to throw away most of our food and by a mini refrigerator to hold us over. We are a family of 6 so this has been a total disaster. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING SEARS REPAIR. If your warranty company uses them please ask for another company.

I had my refrigerator repair today and I’m not happy with the repair man. He broke my shelf in the refrigerator and try to blame me for gluing it together and I would like someone to call me so I can get my shelf replaced I do not ever wanna see this repair man again in my house

3 guys have cone to my house to fix my dishwasher the first one came out July 23 it's now Aug 30 and my dishwasher is still not fixed your rep told the case was closed I called my warranty people and they said it was not closed if I don't hear from someone there today I will be posting about this horrible service I got from sears all over Facebook. Didn't like the service at all. This company stood me up twice, no phone call no nothing. Made a big mess on my floor. I was a very unsatisfied customer. Didn't care for the person sent to my home. I want be using this company again.

Tech did fine, but I gave a lot of details in advance to be prepared for the work that needed done. He arrived with no part and I waited two weeks. I paid $120 for a visit to hear what I already knew. The part is $27, he could have/should have had the part with all the info I gave in advance and waited 2 weeks for and it should have been completed today. Instead he arrived with no part and said it would take two more weeks to arrive and install and total would be $363. I think this is a problem with sears and not the tech. I won’t be using these services again. For the total quote I received of $363 on a $27 part, I could have bought a new dishwasher and had it installed and functional in the time it took for him to come here and do nothing. It’s literally the spray arm that needs replaced and I provided all those details and photos in advance. So I’m now buying the part somewhere else and will have someone else put it in. I wasted $120 for absolutely nothing. If you were a good business, you would consider a refund, at least a portion after reviewing all the details. The tech was polite and professional, but unprepared. Your service and pricing is terrible. Extremely unsatisfied and will not only not recommend, but will go out of my way to make sure people don’t use this service.
