Called them for a washing machine repair in March. They couldn't fix the machine. I am still waiting for a $300 plus refund 2 months, many phone calls, and a complaint to the better business bureau later. Try to call them and reach a real person always takes hours and they say your request has been forwarded, then escalated. Then still nothing. Someone please get in touch with your customers! Edit 5/14/2025 The number provided yesterday does not patch you through to a live agent and the AI that handles the calls tells you they can help you online. Online all it shows is my order so completed. No options for refunds or notes from the visit or ways to reach out. Tried the chat which starts you off with choices and none of those situations apply to my refund. Still not helpful. They company tried to call me back today (I assume prompted by my better business bureau complaint) and when I picked up and said hello no one answered and we got disconnected. Same thing happened last week and when you call back the number it goes directly to hold music. Last week I waited on hold for just under 2 hours before getting disconnected so when I called called back the number today and got the same hold situation I hung up. What's going on with your lack of available agents? Do better.

Paying for this service on my major appliances ... as soon as I need to use it, no technicians are available ... been canceled on twice with a week to 10 days in between for an INITIAL visit plus a $100 deductible. No prior notice of cancelation. , just a text midway through the day. Would not recommend this service.
