technician was wonderful, but the day before scheduled appointment I received a call saying if i didn't receive the parts ordered, i needed to cancel the appointment which I did. I was also told to call again when I recieved the parts and then schedule another appointment. This afternoon the tech called to say he'd be here shortly and that he had the parts. It's just lucky I was still here since I'd received faulty info' from the woman whose 1st language was not English . The tech was wonderful but the woman I spoke with didn't seem very bright.

Easy repair
We needed our ice maker replaced. The company stayed in constant contact until the part arrived. The service technician called the morning of the appointment and also sent a message when he was on his way. The repair itself only took about 10 minutes. A satisfied customer, so far. Waiting for the water to freeze and start making ice.
