Tyler from Sears Appliance Repair did a great job fixing the LG stove. He was very professional. His work was extremely thorough and neat, and the repair was completed quickly. I originally submitted this repair on August 13th. It was finally completed on September 16th. LG originally sent a new circuit board to replace the clock and stove control panel in a padded pack with very minimal protection via FedEx, and it appears that someone stepped on it while in transit. Thus giving the board a hairline fracture. That fracture wasn't identified until it was installed, causing a replacement board to be ordered. Through this process, I received dozens of emails and texts from Sears. Tyler was great, but this process took way too long, and the excessive communications and constant rescheduling from Sears Home Services were quite frustrating. After this experience, I do not believe that I will ever purchase an extended warranty again if this is the service I can anticipate.

Technician was great, polite and knowledgeable. Getting him here was a problem and became very frustrating which was not his fault. I was cancelled out 3 times and had to use the laundry twice because of the cancellations. I have spent $18.00 doing that. Otherwise it is fixed now.

William worked very very hard trying to unplug drain line. After quite a while and numerous attempts we agreed he had done everything. William never gave in until we called it. William is a very hard, dedicated worker and he is always welcomed back to work on my Kenmore appliances.

Tyler was great! Was prompt, courteous, friendly, and diagnose the problem quickly. Ordered the part & came back to install it. All done! It was a warranty situation, but if I had to do it out-of-pocket, I would choose sears appliance repair, and request Tyler. Communication from the company was terrible.
