John called this morning to provide his ETA and ask questions about the nature of the repair. He arrived on time with a trainee, who he introduced. Both removed their shoes before I got a chance to say, no need. John quickly diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate. The cost of the repair exceeded the cost of a new dishwasher, so I decided not to go ahead. John and Gerald were both a pleasure to deal with--polite, personable and knowledgeable. I would welcome them back anytime!

William was the epitome of excellence at fixing dishwasher and so kind after a week of not being able to speak to a human! Ai kept saying order was complete but it wasnt. Ae factory service was awful. Thank you William you made my day.
