I USED THEM TO FIX MY REFRIGERATOR ICE MAKER SINCE IT IS A KENMORE PRODUCT THAT I BOUGHT IT FROM SEARS HAD FIVE YEAR MAINTENCE CONTRACT FOR FIVE YEARS WHICH RAN OUT IN 2021.

Technicians were great! They were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. The issue was with sears. Took me 4 months to get my refrigerator fixed.
