The service rep was knowledgeable and showed me the problem with a bow in the frame that does not allow the door to keep shut. Says he will report to the company his findings and Sears will return call ne in a few days

Very nice new what he was doing. I hope it's fixed this time. We were out of a fridge for a month. I think fridges should be top priority. Sincerely Nichols
