William was very professional and diagnosed the problem right away. I would highly recommend Sears Service for appliance repairs. My warranty covered everything, but even without a warranty, I would use this service company.

Patrick had to order a replacement part on his first visit, however, he was able to service the freezer sufficiently to keep it running better before the part was installed. He arrived as promised today and installed the replacement part quickly. Good job getting us up and running again!

service was great as usual when ive needed it. the first apt for diagnoses was the very next day. hiw ever the time fram keep geeting moved out but ok. the second apt for the actual repairs went well and the Tech got right to work and in no time it was completed to my satisfaction. I had the warranty service so no cost to me. i'll always use sears warranty service for my home items. They stand behind their warranties.
