service was great as usual when ive needed it. the first apt for diagnoses was the very next day. hiw ever the time fram keep geeting moved out but ok. the second apt for the actual repairs went well and the Tech got right to work and in no time it was completed to my satisfaction. I had the warranty service so no cost to me. i'll always use sears warranty service for my home items. They stand behind their warranties.

Tyler was great but getting him here took over 3 weeks and several phone calls. Not having humans to take calls is terrible

Tyler was very accommodating and friendly. I needed my double oven glass doors in between cleaned. He was very patient and did a good job.
