The repair was done At the time the message said it would be. The technician was friendly at the first visit and when completing the installation. No complaints with him or the work he did. All it needed was to be reprogrammed. He advised if we have another problem to video it and call back.

I had a washer with odor issues that I could not figure out how to fix. McLeod was knowledgeable and courteous. He told me how to fix the issue and lo and behold, he was right! I have had Sears repair multiple appliances in my home and every time it’s a great experience. The techs are able to fix them the first time they are here.
