5 star rating is for technician ONLY. Scheduling and customer service phone center get ZERO stars. Scheduled service was cancelled 3 times by Sears. Phone service reps I talked to were very difficult to understand and could not explain why service was cancelled or able to reschedule service within an acceptable timeframe. I had to contact Lowes (where I purchased extended warranty) to get service rescheduled promptly.
