This rating is only for Patrick of Sears. The experience was not not a positive, the usage by SEARS or A & E Sears scheduling was exhausting. The interface was only through a very troubling AI interface which is NOT ready for primetime as a customer interface. I wish SEARS good luck with evolving the maturity of this technology.

The two repairmen who fixed my built in microwave were friendly, professional and knew what they were doing. Since the appliance was under warranty, there was no charge.
