I had a washer with odor issues that I could not figure out how to fix. McLeod was knowledgeable and courteous. He told me how to fix the issue and lo and behold, he was right! I have had Sears repair multiple appliances in my home and every time it’s a great experience. The techs are able to fix them the first time they are here.

William was great, started the correction but unfortunately could not test fix. When I tried in the morning, nothing. Called again and now I have to wait until Monday morning to have it checked. Spent my morning emptying my freezer because things were not freezing.
