This was a very positive experience! Sears Appliance Repair scheduled us on the next day after submitting a request for service. Bill was the tech who communicated very well and did an excellent job repairing our microwave. He was prompt, professional, and repaired it correctly on the first visit. I highly recommend Bill and Sears Appliance Reoair!

I called to have Sears Appliance Repair perform a regular tune-up on my tractor. Jim was great! He leveled the deck on my mower, changed the blades, spark plug etc and i couldnt be happier. He did a test run to ensure i was happy with the results. Great customer service which i greatly appreciated.
