Randy was excellent. He was professional, prompt, knowledgeable and informative. He was also fast. The Sears Home Services Company aka A&E factory service on the other hand was horrible.

This technician was professional. He discovered that a part needed repair and he ordered it. It's on back order. My stove is still not working properly and I'm hoping he returns soon.

Tyler did a great job. However we met receipt and are having trouble attaining it . Why can’t they be generated before the technician leaves, as soon as we pay for services?
