Tyler did a great job. However we met receipt and are having trouble attaining it . Why can’t they be generated before the technician leaves, as soon as we pay for services?

The technician who arrived to perform the repairs was competent and professional. I really appreciated his work, and am pleased with the service he provided. I am not as pleased with working with the Sears Appliance Repair webpage and chatbot.

After the original appt, parts were ordered and a follow-up appt was scheduled. BOTH parts arrived. 2 days before the scheduled appt, the AI system advised that one of the parts had not been delivered; and the appt had to be rescheduled. It is IMPOSSIBLE to navigate through the system to talk to a representative or leave a message. The part HAD BEEN DELIVERED and the appt did not need to be rescheduled. I can appreciate that, but what I find unacceptable is that It is IMPOSSIBLE to navigate through the system to talk to a representative or leave a message.

Lg Refridgerator & freezer not cooling barely 3ys old . Called warranty waited 6 days service tech to confirm compressor. Not Sear tech fault he was very nice explained process. That we had to call LG die to 5yr warranty so we wait again for tech 6 more days what ridiculous service why couldn't they just approve to replace instead of this lost so much food. Not happy at all..LG needs to improve the repair process

The repair person that came was very knowledgeable but the automated service itself needs improvement. They only give 8-5 timeframe. It’s so automated one day I waited 4 hours only for them to cancel and push the date out over 2 weeks. There’s no way to chat with a real person. The technician was great but their system doesn’t have good control over moving technicians around manually to accommodate their schedules. They need more personal control over technicians and not so automated.

He reported to this job but due to a prior service technician screw up our service was unable to be performed. Awaiting feedback to obtain resolution for the prior service tech's action that resulted in our warranty being voided

Came to repair my washer said it was fixed. Threw a load of laundry in and broke again. Now I have to wait another week for another appointment!
