$624.94 for a simple fan on an old Kenmore refrigerator? That's ridiculous! I could have bought a whole new frig for that? I've never felt so misled and deceived. I will never ever use Sears again...

Nothing against the tech but your response time sucks. We have a warranty on our hot water tank. It has been in need of replacement over a MONTH. The tech came out on Aug 9th 2 weeks after we called. He stated to myy husband I that the tank needed to be replaced and someone would be in touch a week went by no call, no email. I called again and was told the repair was cancelled. No one knows by whom. Was told the same tech would have to come out again and tell us the same thing he had already said before. The tech came on thurs 29th. Now the waiting game again. My husband and I both work and cant keep taking days off. WHAT HAPPEN TO SEARS!! We loved your service and products. Just terrible now. Anyhow the tech Kevin #1604 is very kind.

Technician was great. Dispatch and communication with the company as a whole is a complete debacle. My washer has been down for 62 days and zero communication from Sears. I’ve tried reaching out To Sears at no avail for the entire time that I was down. Extremely disappointed with the company very impressed with the technician and he did his best to explain what the issue could have been. He was a great ambassador. They’re lucky to have him The only reason why I’m giving them a four star is because I don’t want this to look unfavorably to the technician. He actually did his job and he did it well. But I would never use Sears again. Unfortunately, I’m stuck with the service agreement with them. ***update*** Sears will be coming back again tomorrow the machine repair only lasted for a week and it's broken again this will be the third visit. The first visit was like an evaluation waited 62 days for the repair and for parts to come in. Now I've waited almost 3 weeks for them to come back. Completely disenfranchised with this company ******update**** machine still down,,the ,part that was ordered at 3rd visit was wrong..the 4 th visit was rescheduled at 7 pm on the day of visit...so i had to wait another2 weeks. Sooooo the upcoming visit#5 is on August 28....machine repair process started on 4/2...ooh and machine is now damaged... and can't make this up bro.... changed to 1 star

It took 3 months, 5 no show/no calls, 5 tech visits (3 which the tech didn’t check his with to make sure it was running properly), missing parts, reordering same part 3 times. Multiple days on the phone trying to get answers. For a tech to say it can’t be fixed. When we finally get a new washer we find out that the first tech broke the seal on the drain line and it leaked into the pedestal base! The last tech didn’t drain the water out of the washer so not only did we have a pedestal full of filthy water for several weeks we also had a washer full of water for a week! I could have purchased a new washer for what it cost us in taking our laundry to be done outside our home. They have no respect or compassion for customers at all! They are not willing to even attempt to correct things in a timely manner, they just put you at the end of the line! There is no way for customers or customer service to talk to local techs. If I could give them 0 stars I would! Contacting them through messenger isn’t any help either!
