The tech Mr. Kendrick performed a professional job on both my Dryer. The time he took to get the tasks done was wonderful and great. He showed up for the task in a reasonable time to complete dryer job, this gentleman showed my home and nephew a lot of respect for the work that he did. Very knowledgeable with the task that he needed to complete, this technician needs an increase with his pay for the task that he did.

Do NOT use this repair service. They book you for a said appointment time and show up hours later, then they don’t show up for the next actual repair appointment. It’s not the technicians fault it is being run by AI and a large corp. who no longer stands by their name.Run…. Do Not use !!!!

Sears charged $140 to come out and diagnose my refrigerator but the technician never gave my daughter an receipt so I check to see if the receipt was sent to my email and it wasn’t . So I called sears and had to be redirected multiple times and when I finally got a human which she spoke broken English told me I would have to wait until Tuesday to get my receipt and I’m calling on a Friday. Terrible customer service and very incompetent.

I advise you to read the reviews on Reddict and Yelp! This place is a rip off. I received a very rude tech, he stated that the company does not come out for less than $400. I was never told this when I scheduled my appointment. However I was told that my service fee would go towards my final bill. FYI, the bill was still going to be over $400 with my fee included (I was missing a screw in my dishwasher) This tech charged me $120.00 for coming out (I declined the service) and he left. I was taken back! The screw was $37.00. I posted receipts and pictures on Yelp and Reddict. Do your research before hiring them!!!!! They responded with an apology for miscommunication and added a phone number under my post. They have AI generated customer service representatives!! They have NO live representatives unless you call to schedule service! After that, you’re on your own!

The evening before our appointment we received a text on the Sears thread saying our appointment had not been verified and would be cancelled if we did not press the numeral one. There was no option to press one.☹️ On our phone, it took me an hour, due to all of Sears numeric choices, before I got to speak to a live person to verify the appointment. ☹️
