Rich was very helpful. But the way a customer has to do to get service is absolutely ridiculous. I waited all day yesterday but got service today. I received a phone call yesterday that my dishwasher would be repaired today. I'm still waiting. System definetly needs work. Because of dishwasher I am very dissatisfied with Sears.
