Rich was very helpful. But the way a customer has to do to get service is absolutely ridiculous. I waited all day yesterday but got service today. I received a phone call yesterday that my dishwasher would be repaired today. I'm still waiting. System definetly needs work. Because of dishwasher I am very dissatisfied with Sears.

Jim was great !
Jim was great. He addressed problems and handled them with easy. We needed another part for the mower which I ordered from an online retailer. Jim rescheduled my appointment for the following week it arrived to my house by 9 am and finished the job. He also replaced the spark plug and tackled additional maintenance for me without me asking

Review of technician and more
My technician, Patrick was fantastic, very professional, and friendly. My problem is with communication to your company. I had an appointment scheduled for four days earlier and no one showed up and there was no notice. I tried calling emailing and texting and no one replied. I lost an entire day waiting for no reason. With all of this in mind, I do not think I will be doing business with you again I need to deal with a company that values my time.
