This rating is for the customer service of the company. They went completely AI in the customer service area I needed a live person not a continuing circle of my appointment details. I will never use this company again just because of AI. I paID 140 dollars for the tech to tighten wires and my dryer stopped working again 2 hours after he left. So I contacted to schedule again for the next day. I Got a tech arrival time of 8am. He showed up after 10 am and I did not hear him knocking so he texted a picture of my door and said sorry we missed you. Why did he not call my number like it is stated in the service call. All the other techs do this from sears. So now im out a vacation day from work and 140 dollars and still a broken dryer. please do not give me a number to call that goes to AI to try and make it right. I looked into the responses you gave other people's reviews and tried calling the number you gave them and it is the same AI bullshit that goes no where.

Sears is a complete scam. I had 3 month old ge fridge that was under warranty. Should of never been charged. I contacted a lawyer.

It was a nightmare to get a Sears repair technician to come out it's been three weeks and still counting had taken time off of work three times only to keep getting rescheduled they kept transferring me to AI and other places I had to pay in full up front now they keep kicking the can down the road still waiting 😔
