Patrick was great! Knowledgable, explained what he was doing and what was wrong. Addressed all my concerns. Had the parts with him. Very personable. Knew exactly what he was doing and had 30 years of experience. And, he cleaned up after! NOW, this has nothing to do with Patrick, THE LABOR COST WAS OVER $300!! WTH?? He wasn't even here an hour! This is ridiculous. Now I understand why people call repairmen by word of mouth instead of who's in the book. Incredibly overcharged. Patrick gets 5 stars, Sears gets 1 star!!

Do not use this company! Terrible customer service. Sears will not give me a written estimate. I paid my service fee and a receipt was emailed. The estimate was not. I have reached out to the company several times. Very hard to communicate with AI. No human contact. Easy to book, impossible to reach for further assistance.

I’m not pleased as my dryer that once would spin now no longer spins. He as a person was nice. But now I’m down another week for a repair that was supposed to be done. And I can’t get anyone on the phone. I don’t recommend sears to anyone.
