Outstanding Service from Sears Rep
Ryan H was very professional and personable. He kept us informed of his arrival, which was ahead of schedule. When he checked our gas range out for the faulty automatic pilot light that we had been experiencing, everything was working ok. Despite this, he did everything he could to make sure the problem didn't occur again. He was a wonderful representative for the company, and would be happy to have him return anytime in the future if we have problems with our appliances!
