Great Service

Robert arrived with his associate to perform Maintenance Checks on four of my appliances. He, along with his associate, were excellent in their performance in that they took the time to explain things about my appliances, did not rush the servicing and eliminated some minor problems that I was experiencing with my appliances. Overall, both were efficient, friendly, helpful and certainly assets to the Sears team.

Ledwig explained what was happening.

The tech found nothing mechanically or electronically wrong with the stove. We were told the problem with the stove overheating and going into error code, was likely due to the control board not working properly after a power short power outage. He could have sold us parts we didn't need, but he was honest and saved us money.
