calling is better
a call would be so much better than a text or email. I'm not able to hear that well and I didn't hear the text or email. thank God I looked at my phone and saw he was on his way. A CALL THE NIGHT BEFORE would help the customer talk to the repair man to explain what was wrong and give an idea of what time he would be there. 8 to 5 is way too big of a time space.
