waited almost 3 months for parts and refrigerator still leaking and door not closing

Refrigerator stopped working, diagnodtic was bad defrost heater. Waited a week for return after parts arrive. $800 and 10 days later same trouble. Replaced heater and sensor $450 labor. Ordered a new Refrigerator can't wait more time with food in coolers. Save time and money, just get replacement. Appliances don't last anymore.

The absolute worse. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone. The come in without the materials to fix the appliances. They charge double what the item is worth just for the labor. Just to diagnose the issue its 160.11 without even seeing if their diagnosis is correct. This company is a complete rip off ! I tried calling to speak with someone a there’s not a live person. Which is me is absolute absurd. If I can give this company 0 stars I would. I even placed a post in the next door app for the people in my community to not call you guys. You’re better off using a local repair. Sears sucks !

We are extremely disappointed with Sears Home Services. Our gas range is covered under a protection agreement, yet multiple service visits over many months have failed to fix the issues. Each time, the technician says they need to come back for a different reason, appointments are rescheduled or canceled, and sometimes they show up on days we barely agreed to. On one visit, they replaced the oven screen, which did nothing to improve performance—it was purely cosmetic. Despite paying $100 for each visit, the oven still does not work properly. It feels like Sears cannot or will not actually fix the oven. Their service has been frustrating, ineffective, and misleading. We do not recommend Sears Home Services and strongly advise caution before purchasing a protection plan.

It took over a month and a half to get the refrigerator repaired. I've had canceled appointments on me four times after waiting all day. First visit, the wrong part was ordered. Terrible customer service.

Unpleasant experience. Time of arrival between 8am to 5pm, waited all day for the technician (Monty M) to repair my dryer to only have him cancel at 4:45pm without a notice.

Roland did a pm on my refrigerator. He did a very good job! But I am so displeased with Sears itself!! At first, I made an appointment for all my 6 appliances for the same day. On the scheduled date, I received 3 separate calls cancelling 3 of the 6 appliances. Trying to call Sears to actually speak to someone is almost virtually impossible. I finally got thru and rescheduled those 3 all for today. Last night I received a message that 2 of them have been rescheduled. There is no one to speak to when I call; only receive a message confirming my appointment. SO FRUSTRATING!!! What’s even more ridiculous is that the first and second techs that have been here can work on all the appliances I have. So why did they need to be rescheduled and I need to sit and wait between 8 & 5 for so many rescheduled days???? NOT ACCEPTABLE SEARS!!!
