Robert was great! He diagnosed the issue and was very transparent about how much it would cost to fix the issue in comparison to the cost for a new machine. Fair, honest and reliable. Cant recommend him and Sears enough.

Sears Home Services provide great service. The warranty they provide is top notch. I've had my central a/c unit and clothes washer repaired and the repairman on both occasions was well prepared, arrived on time, completed the work without hassle, tested, and left everything spotless. I'm very satisfied with this warranty.

This is the second time Robert S. The technician has been here and he was fantastic. Very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. On the other hand, the Sears customer service phone line has been an absolute nightmare. I have been calling for months and no one has been able to help me and I keep getting transferred back to the main menu or told someone will call me back, which they do not. Will never purchase an appliance from Sears again because their customer service is awful and they do nothing to help you except send a tech out who cannot do anything without higher authorization. They installed my dryer incorrectly which caused the machine to break and catch on fire. And customer service has yet to do anything about it.
