Our 3-year old Maytag washer wouldn't start, and I decided to give Sears Appliance Repair a try. Making the appointment online was simple and quick. A technician was scheduled to come to our house the following week, with a 4-hour time window. There were frequent email confirmations from Sears, and on the day of the appointment, the time window was narrowed down. The technician, Monty, was great -- friendly, efficient, and, best of all, successful at getting our washer up and running again. Would highly recommend Sears Appliance Repair. The only thing that could have been better would have been to have the appointment sooner. Thanks, Monty & Sears!

The technician, Brian who came out to check the problem with my clothes washer, was very professional from start to finish. although he found nothing wrong except Resetting the computer. He stayed informative from his time coming to my home through out the diagnosis. More Techs should take notice
