It was a pleasure to have Shane come. He was very patient and went above and beyond to try to get me a new door hinge eventhough Frigidaire was not as helpful because we did not have the model number for the oven.

Robert was great! He diagnosed the issue and was very transparent about how much it would cost to fix the issue in comparison to the cost for a new machine. Fair, honest and reliable. Cant recommend him and Sears enough.
