The technician called 20 minutes before arriving (within the scheduled window of time) and was prompt and courteous. He quickly identified the problem, had the part on his truck, and we were operational within an hour of his arrival. Our experience with Sears Home Services has always been positive. The cost is comparable to other local companies and the convenience of a fast appointment - both in time it took and the availability of appointments - made it worth every penny. Good job, Sears!
