Toshiro is a very capable technician. He diagnosed the problem right away and proceeded to remove a panel which was iced up. He had the appropriate tools to check out the interior and gave me a detailed explanation of the malfunction and the cost of repair. He is very friendly and professional. Would recommend highly.
